VERY VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! the woman I spoke to had no positive vibes of being a saleswomanShe was very rude from the beginning She could not answer ANY of my specific questionsFirst time buyer here I've been to a few other big dealerships like nissan and frank brown NEVER have I been treated this wayI would love to speak to a manager about the entire situation but each time I've called no one answersThey potentially had a sale in the bag I was ready to finish my paperwork Her customer service and knowledge pushed it otherwise
I went here twice in about weeks, once for a new tire and the other for an oil changeBoth times I asked them to check out my other tires (in fact it's part of their "walk around"), but I especially stressed it when I got my oil changed because I was leaving for a long road trip in the following daysNeedless to say, I got on the road days later and noticed my car was shakingIt was 3amI drove slow and once 8am rolled around I was able to stop at a small town ***-*** and get a new tireIt was so bald that the wire was sticking out!! How did so many technicians not see this? There's no way driving my miles to work for days made my tires go so baldI will not be returning here
