I purchased a unit from them. It arrived on time but had some shipping damage. I received the replacement about a week later. I did contact them with a question during installation but they refused to talk to me saying they will only talk to licensed installers. All I had asked was if the lines from the back of the unit could be bent by hand or if they needed a tube bender. Not only would they not tell me, but every time I've tried to contact them since they terminate my chat session without any response. They seem to have placed me on some sort of block list so I can't contact them via chat. I tried calling but all they'll do is give me the phone number for "the manufacturer" which happens to be at the same address and building they're in. If you press any buttons for a different department you are always routed back to the same person's voice mail box. As nearly as I can tell she's the entire company. I'm not sure about the unit I bought yet as I'm waiting for my installer to pull a vacumm and test the system, but the company has a lot to learn about customers. Beware.

I know why this business is not Revdex.com accredited. They are awful. I purchased Mini Split from them and within 7 months the remote controller failed. It took forever to get a replacement. Eventually it turned up and the replacement failed only a few months later. I tried getting a replacement under warranty and they tell me I have to pay for one. I pointed out they previously replaced one under warranty and they denied doing so, because they have no record of it. They insist on changing me $45 for a new one and even had the gaul to suggest if two have broken I must be mistreating them
