Review: I have been having inspections for 23 years on the house using Universal and every year find an invoice from the previous year and had to call to get service. When they cam out on 10/8 I was told they were up to 6 months out on calls. I was told I was scheduled for January. Last inspection was completed in March 2012. Not once do they call to schedule an inspection and let the year lapse almost every year. Now they have found new termites (that happened recently) and want over $900. They wouldn't have found them in January so after 23 years I believe they could honor their commitment.Desired Settlement: Treat the termites at a reasonable cost after we have being paying them for 23 years
