The company is claiming I owe for months of services that I have paid for WC of Texas is claiming not to have received my payments for June July and AugustThe payments were made through my bank online and I have provided their billing department with statements from y band showing that those payments were maid and received by Waste ConnectionsThey have now stopped my garbage collection servicesI spoke with Candice in the Kilgore Texas office last monthMy bank provided them with the payment activity for the period in questionI never heard back from them and on todays date I received notice again of past due balance and cancelation of my serviceToday I spoke with Keisha at Waste Connections Headquarters and provided her with statements from my bank on the payments in questionI am waiting to hear from her on this matter

I opened my account on August 8, Since that time, they have only picked up my trash once They are supposed to pick up my trash on Tuesdays and Fridays They have told me, on two different occasions, that it is a software issue and that I have been added to the route, only to have them miss the pick up again When I call, they state it will be six weeks before I am issued a credit, which is unacceptable I had to pay for the entire quarter in advance They also refused to allow me to speak with a supervisor I am forced to use this service by the City, so I have no choice but to make a complaint

Horrible serviceI have to call every week to complainTook them two months to replace a dumpster with no side door.Every time they pick up trash would fall all over our propertyThey never picks up on scheduled daysWe are supposed to be picked up every Monday and FridayThey didn't come Monday one week so I calledThey came Thursday to pick up and didn't come back on FridayI called Monday to make sure we were not charged for two pickups when we only received oneThe lady said the truck driver came on Friday but could not pick up because the previous driver didn't put it back in the correct position but we are still getting charged'??? Today 8/my trash is now full because they did NOT pick up on 8/as scheduledAnytime I call Im on hold for a minimum 20-minutesI can't waste anymore time on them but unfortunatly the trash is contracted from the city so there isn't much I can do except this

I cancelled this service in the first week of Decin person at their businessI have been receiving invoices monthly since that timeI have made numerous phones calls to no avail They put me on hold,no ones in office that can speak with me and they have even disconnected me I just want them to come get their dumpster and leave me aloneThey bill me, email me and send me harsh collection letters I don't owe them any balance

I called on 9/13/to file a damage investigation to Waste Connection, have a email on my record
Have been calling Waste Connection for months and times, no progressEvery time I called, the customer service representative stated District Manage - Kevin *** will call me but never happen

The company increased the rates without notifying and the invoices are incorrect multiple times
Over the past few years, the monthly rate had increased from around $to now a ridiculous amount of $and without notice
Also, the invoices we received have been incorrect where the amount is different, and even though we had paid through our bank, the collection team did not update the account immediately and accordingly
We have had to contact the company and our account manager multiple times to get issues resolved, such as rates and collection issuesThe above mentioned have been ongoing issues for the past few years we have been using their services

I made my payment on 10/3/and it cleared my bank on 10/4/ Now they are saying that they did not receive it It was an online payment
On 9/27/2017, I accidentally made my payment from the wrong account, my recently deceased husband's account As soon as I noticed my error, on 10/3/I made the payment from my account and it processed my bank on 10/4/ Now they are saying since I accidentally made the payment from the wrong account and it was reversed that they want an additional payment even though their own online records show that they received the payment on 10/3/
