All accounts for [redacted] Video were closed in our office on [redacted] per court order The Bankruptcy court completed this case and all accounts were closedWe have not made any calls on [redacted] Video accounts for over a year and half I did not find an account for a [redacted] with the address or phone number provided in this complaint If the consumer is getting calls from us it has to be in regards to another type of account but I even did a search in our system with the address of [redacted] and the phone number of ###-###-#### and nothing came up If the consumer's cell number is different from the number in the complaint and it is provided then I can do a search to see if it comes up It is possible that there cell number is listed under another consumers name but with our the number there is nothing more I doSincerely, [redacted] UFLP Client Services

The reason payments were taken was due to [redacted] had set up payment arrangements for a settlement of $in payments but she also mailed in a check for $which made it payments that she made I have submitted a request to our accounts payable department to prepare and mail her a check for $ She should be receiving the check by the end of next week as our AP director is off today and she must approve all checks she may contact me directly next week if she would like to confirm her check has been prepared Sincerely [redacted] UFLP Client Services [redacted] ***

The reason 2 payments were taken was due to [redacted] had set up payment arrangements for a settlement of $158.51 in 2 payments but she also mailed in a check for $79.25 which made it 3 payments that she made.  I have submitted a request to our accounts payable department to prepare and...

The number of [redacted] was listed as a home number for another consumer's name.  I have removed the phone number.  It could take up to 24 hours for our system to do a complete update so if the consumer should receive another call please disregard it. Thanking you in advance [redacted]UFLP Client Services

We had received a email from Ms. [redacted] and advised her that I could not locate her number in our system as one of our rep's must have removed her number from the system when she stated the number did not belong to a [redacted] but I went a step further and had our IT department do a further search...
