Signed up at this gym location while they were under construction for a new gymConstruction of the new gym took months, there was even a period where the lease was up on the space they were at and the gym was not built yet so we had no gym to go toAfter paying for my membership in full and being promised this fantastical gym they finally opened it and it was not as promisedWhen I tried to cancel they told me I could only cancel if I was on a month to month term but since I paid in full "they don't cancel these agreements"I had also been paying for personal training sessions $a month and wanted them to stop automatically deducting these costs as I was not going to be using this gym any longerI was told "we don't cancel the personal training sessions it's like the gym membership agreement"Basically telling me that they will continue to automatically deduct this amount from my bank account whether services are rendered or notThis place has horrible customer service and unprofessional staffBuyer beware!!!! Have them print out a copy of the contract and don't let them force you to sign it on a "card reader" they pick and choose what part of the contract they want you to sign this wayI am in the process of seeking legal advice against this gym
