being reallynice and polite to them as usual.When she was mentioning about lack of communication, I have always called or email everytime if there was any issue or problem. I even talked to her mother exactly how and whatmaterial we use and how to use. When worker didn’t show up for work and work machinebroke down that is something out of my control and I have emailed them explained whathappened and apologized for inconvenience of them. Even my workers don’t want to workthere because they’re were too rude and picky.Then this below is what she sent me on May 22, 2017 by email.Please understand our time and attention is not free.• Beginning tomorrow, we will now be deducting $250 per hour from the final bill each timeyou/your workers do not show up or communicate to us that you/your workers will notshow up during regular business hours, between 8-8:30am and do not work a full businessday (end at 4:30pm-5pm).• Further, if no one shows up to work any full day, Monday through Friday, we will deduct$1000 per day from the final bill.Finally, if the deadline of 6/27 is missed by you and your workers to complete this job, we will deduct$10000 from the final bill in addition to $1000 per day the job goes beyond 6/27.There were no final deadline or work times on the contract.I was actually feel very rude and upset but I didn’t say anything about it. I was even nicelyasked if you are not satisfy with my work, you can hire different contractor if you like. Then shewants to go legal action so I asked her again nicely I will finish the job but give me 2 weeks to restart the job and I will finish it. But she was the one to refuse to work with me.I have offered her nicely but she was the one who said no.That is how I refunded her money exactly after deduct some material I used and employeework pay.I was being patient and really tried nice especially with this client.But I didn’t do anything wrong it was just unfortunate happened for both of us. She was justbeing too hard and was complaint for every single thing. I have all the emails that I sent andshe sent me if you need it.I am willing to finish the job if she wants it but I don’t have any of her money left with me.
