After reserving a specific slab of granite for a remodel project on 12/27/13, we were disgusted that a different slab was delivered to the fabricator on 5/14/14 without anyone notifying us. The blatant lies and cover-up that the original slab was "cracked" and could no longer be found is really what angers us. I'm sure it was sold to someone else or allowed to be switched without notifying us - we didn't even get an apology. We don't appreciate this type of business practice.

I worked with [redacted] from Universal Granite and Marble to purchase and install granite when we were remodeling our kitchen. We had a very positive experience with them. There was good communication, they were pleasant to work with, and we are very pleased with our granite. The quality is wonderful and the sealer they used is great so far! Their granite is also very reasonably priced. They were able to measure and install our granite in less than 2 weeks. My husband and I would HIGHLY recommend Universal Granite and Marble to anyone remodeling or looking for a new countertop! Our only regret is that we didn't know about them when we remodeled our bathroom 2 years ago!
