This vehicle was correctly towed by the City Ordinance. this vehicle was given a hour orange tag for those expired plaesas stated on the orange tag, owner was to contact our office or his management office for details to keep the vehicle from being towed. As no preventive measure
was taken, the vehicle was towed with the expired tag on it. prices are consistent with the City Ordinancetow $150.storage $30/dayprocessing on day $60.as required, we are open 24/

After reviewing her contract we noticed that Mrs. [redacted]had the right to cancel within 3 days after the purchase date of February 13th. Not only did she not callwithin 3 days or send any telegram or fax to cancel. She called after 8 days. Mr. Tommy M[redacted]contacted Mrs. [redacted] and let her know that we can't accept the cancelation after 8 days. Wecontacted the finance company to keep a note in her file.
After receiving your letter of complaint we contacted the finance company and were told that Mrs.[redacted] paid off her account in full as originally agreed. At this point we consider the matter to beclosed.

Yes I did contact the apartments and I did have the right sticker they towed it for no reason and I missed a day of work because of there foolishness and the lady that worked at the tow yard would not provide me with her name or let me speak to someone else or provide her bosses name
