Review: After ordering and paying for my son's lacrosse helmet, in full, I was told a month ago that the helmet was in. Since they are an hour away I asked if they would ship it to me. They said yes. Four weeks later, I still have not received the helmet. We have called them every other day for two weeks and they have told us a different story every time and now will not answer our calls (caller ID) We want my son's helmet and we want to be done with them and their poor service.Desired Settlement: We want them to just ship the helmet so we never have to deal with them again.
