Good morning ***,This is to let you know that Coldwell Banker has posted a second sign as was agreed to when we were signing the contract to list my home.The agent of record has informed me a second sign has been posted at no additional cost to me.Since this is all I was looking for, I would have to

We took this listing at a 1/percent reduction, to appease the seller Wasn't our policy to do so I approved the request. The reason I approved her request, is because the seller told the agent, that she wanted to start at a higher price and agreed to reduce it shortly thereafter if no offers. Once my agent asked for those price reductions, repeatedly, he was told it's staying at this price. When I received the call regarding the 2nd for sale sign request by the seller, I looked at the listing and noticed her For Sale By Owner sign still on the property I replied, because we reduced our commission to accommodate you, please remove your For Sale Sign as it's confusing to the consumer, and for an "EITHER an additional $(not $300) OR the 1/percent, we've discounted, I'd be happy to install a 2nd sign." The additional lot she speaks of has a garage on the property It's not like it's a vacant parcel, it's all one parcel. Her property is overpriced, and she's not willing to reduce the price to where the market indicates, and recommended by the listing agent from the beginning.
