I can't even begin to express how happy I am with Universal Lending Corp. After receiving many offers in the mail from other companies, I decided to give them a try and I am so happy I did. [redacted] was very helpful into finding a great rate for me even though my credit wasn't so great. I will be using them again in the future and also recommending them to anyone who needs help with financing issues. Thank you Universal Lending!

My husband and I bought our first home together last year. We went with Universal Lending on the recommendation of a friend. It was the best advice we could have gotten! The people at Universal were absolutely wonderful to work with. They were helpful, extremely fast to respond to messages and emails anytime my husband or I had questions, and took the time to explain every step of the process to us. They helped us find the perfect house and were able to get us a great loan with a very low interest rate. My husband and I had some extenuating circumstances that made getting a loan a little more complicated but the staff at Universal was there to guide us through every step in our journey to becoming homeowners. My husband and I have recommended this company to many of our friends and will continue to do so. We are so grateful that we were lucky enough to work with Universal Lending. They took the stress out of buying a home and made it a great experience.

I felt this company was very misleading. They claimed to be able to do a loan with no closing costs - "all of the costs are covered by the lender". However, when the GFE came through it showed that what they were doing was raising the loan amount to cover the costs of closing, so it really wasn't zero closing costs.
When I backed out of the deal, they sent a negative rating to the credit bureau's saying that we were "rejected" by them, which was a complete lie.
I would simply avoid doing business with these follks. There are a lot of mortgage brokers out there and no need to deal with someone like this.

I have worked with Universal Lending on three occasions (original purchase and two refi's). The last refi was a bit difficult as our condo assoc. was changing property management and insurers at the time my refi took place. Universal was very helpful and diligent in working through this situation. I found the people I worked with to be very friendly and responsive.

We had a fabulous experience with our refinance through Universal Lending. Our FHA Streamline loan was approved and closed very quickly, without any closing costs to us. The closing was scheduled around our schedules and location. Our agent was informative, professional and pleasant. The communication was excellent and the transactions were all very smooth. I will definitely do business with them again in the future!
