I ordered a Talon from them and they removed the money from Pal Pal the day on the sale I talked to them and was told it was policy to charge the account when they back ordered When I ordered the Talon they said it was in stockI emailed and call and talked to the customer service mgrand he said another week or so, but it I was unhappy he would refund my money Being that I had this on order for a couple of weeks already I told him I wanted to wait for the unit days after my order they canceled the order I called and talked to customer service and said I wanted to order one and the said they had in stock at a new price I called the customer service mgrand he said they couldn't get them from the cheaper place Now they had my order and money for dates and were just putting me off because they had a price raise This is what I call a bait and switch

This is still ongoing but I have been dodged and deceived by Universal ManiaI am not one to sit back while I get the run aroundIn essence, I called their manager, *** on a Friday regarding a confirmed, purchased, in-stock itemShipping label was supposed to be created that dayCalled Monday- same thing, going out but no tracking label, will be "sent automatically"Called Tuesday- It should have been sent by now let me email you within the hourCalled Wednesday- It should have been sent by now let me email you within the hourCalled Thursday again for just for a simple tracking number- It should have been sent by now let me email you within the hour, if I don't find it this time "I will go to the warehouse myself"hours later, they turn their phones off hours before closing and now have the impression they are screening my callsIf this isn't the early signs of a scam I'd like to know what areI am now convinced they are engaging in a practice known as "Drop Shipping"- going straight from the manufacturer for best prices and not actually through their store/inventoryAlthough I don't know its legalities, it is highly manipulative and unfair to customers- especially when instances like this occurI'd like to know if there are more people out there with the same problem

Befor you buy from Universal Mania look up reviews about them. Iv been waiting over a month for a item. Along with hundreds of other people. Do not buy from them.

I called the customer service mgr. and he said they couldn't get them from the cheaper place. Now they had my order and money for 30 dates and were just putting me off because they had a price raise.
