This letter is in response to a complaint submitted on 4/21/and assigned ID [redacted] I have reviewed the customers complaint and his desired settlement I am doing the following to help resolve the issues addressed in the complaint:My apology in writing to our customer and a gift certificate to use at our restaurant on his item(s) of choice.A scheduled employee meeting on Sunday, June 4, in which customer service will be addressed and on-going customer service training.All desserts to be in proper rotation of stock and inspected before serving to our customers.I hope to retain our customers valued business.Attached is my letter of apology to the customer
