We have been told this before and if we we do finally get the title we will let the issue dropHowever, we were told there was staff change, we were told that it was taken care of several times previously, we were told they called, sometimes leaving messages when neither home phone nor cells were ever contacted despite telling us the correct number and misccalls for severe related things and had the run around to the point we used a company from Iowa that was fast and efficient and reasonable cost

week so that I can get it to the state. I have asked the 4 people qualified to handle this and no one has ever spoke to the customer. And certainly the high turn over rate comment did not come from us. I believe they may have called the wrong dealership or something because the 4 of us have been here for a minimum of 9 years, myself being 13 years employed here. Also as you can see by how fast this was handled there is no value to me to NOT handle this. In other words we do not wake up wondering how we can do a bad job for our customers. We just won 2 national awards for our customer service... Top 50 dealer in the nation award. As for the customers title... I will submit the lien card when I get it and it will take the state however long to get it to the customer. I do apologize for not getting the lien card but we missed the fact that the bank did not send it to us once we paid the loan off from the person who traded it in.
