Review: On July**, [redacted] power washed, repaired, and painted house foundation. Next day, I called him back because he forgot to scrape old paint off one whole section, so new paint was peeling. He came back and fixed it. He told me when I hired him, if I had any problems, he would come back, no problem. Well, now, in two places, the work he did has two hairline cracks which, if not fixed, will open more and cause more paint to peel. I called [redacted] several weeks ago. He told me who would call me the next day and probably come then to look at it and see what needed to be done. He never called. I have since called him four or five times, left messages, and have received no return calls. I expressed to him that I was concerned because the cold weather is going to make this small problem worse and that it needed to be addressed quickly in order to prevent that. I told him I was going to report him to the Revdex.com, and still no return call. I want to note that I paid him $1200 to do this job and what he did should not be cracking after only four months. I also want to note that he got two other big jobs on my block because of me and I do not appreciate having to chase him or file a complaint in order to get this done. It is a small repair on obviously faulty workmanship. I want this repair made immediately before we are into full winter weather.Desired Settlement: I want him to come and repair these two spots immediately, before we are fully into winter weather.
