policies of mailing as I writingThe site clearly states the official shipping is allow up to weeks for mailingWe do this to allow time if needed to replace lost 1st class mailUSPS loses up to 13% of all mail according to Government statements as we are well awareWe mailed his first package on the 28th of last month and have sent replacement to remedy the problem, and sent email notice of replacement after his email complaintAt this time the original package, nor the second one have not returned, but that may take a monthWe again sent a third package on receipt of this complaint on the 19th of this month as our intent is to satisfy members
The complaint of shipping fees is also very clearly stated prior to request for credentials, with placement of request, and on receiptThere was no hidden cost, just people that do not pay attention in requesting some items
The problem here is not in our service in faith, but in Rev***'s impatience and ignoring clearly printed policies
The UM has Million members worldwideEven with people like him that file erroneous complaints here we have had not had complaints of our service in years
