I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID *** and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
If these employees were not authorized to act on behalf of Universal Mortgage then this makes my claim even more valid. I dealt with people ***, *** (***'s sister), *** and *** ***. None of which are a relative and NEVER have been. *** was an aquaintance of the family for a short period of time until we got into this situation. I found out when I was contacted by *** *** to try and resolve my issue that *** *** no longer worked for the company and *** never worked for them either. Not sure how these people were acting on behalf of Universal Mortgage if they were not employed by the company. I have emails, phone calls and text messages from ***, ***, and ***. My credit was run by *** because his name is on my paperwork and *** was the one relaying all the info to me and getting my signature when I couldn't fax it the day I needed it done. I do not disagree that a late payment is the worst thing but when you have someone "WORKING" for the mortgage company telling you not to pay it, just bring it to closing, I didn't pay against my better judgement. Never would I have thought my closing would fall through minutes before it was supposed to happen. The second occurance I should've realized I was just getting pushed away, shame on me. But mostly shame on Universal for conducting business this way. *** *** contacted me by phone AND email on July 2nd and said he would check into things and "let you know as soon as I get back from underwriting" once again, I NEVER heard back which proves my point that this business is in the wrong. I no longer want any service from this business because this has become such a fiasco and I do not trust this company with something so important. Just want to make others aware that this company is NOT acting on the best interest of the consumer

Upon investigating Miss [redacted]'sclaims, it was determined that two of the three individuals referenced in her complaint are not and were not...

employees of Universal Mortgage at the time her loan was originated. Mario Glover is a former employee and was not authorized to act on behalf of Universal Mortgage. Mr. [redacted] has never been an employee of Universal Mortgage and thus under no circumstances was ever authorized to represent Universal Mortgage. It was further determined that Mr. [redacted] is a relative of the consumer which may have led to the communication between these two parties. We take customer dissatisfaction very seriously and have taken several measures to ensure these unauthorized individuals are not acting on behalf of our company of which they have no association. Universal Mortgage always encourages clients to make their mortgage payments on time as derogatory payments can severely impact their loan. Unfortunately we are unable to accommodate the consumer's request of removing the mortgage lates from her credit report as we do not report credit account information to the credit bureaus
