Universal Nails

I came in to get my nails done and upon consulting on the cost for white gel nails...I was told $40. Once my nails were being worked on, I began to notice plenty of issues with the quality of the service. The nail tips with the acrylic overlay were bending drastically on two nails. When I brought it up to the techs attentions, she told me "I am not finished, just wait". I waited and finished my appointment. I was told them that I would be charged $70 instead of $40 (apparently due to the length of my nails), something I was not made aware of.

Now I have two nails that have fallen off...not even a full day with them.

Information is misleading as to the services and rudeness of the tech when the issues were brought up has resulted in my disappointment.
