I sent in a product for the animal upgrade promotion. I was originally told that my product had been selected and Universal Nutrition/animal upgrade would send me a replacement product of theirs. I was then told that my product had not been selected and no communication was received for several days until I inquired about getting my product that I had sent in back. When I was finally contact back I was told it they were unsure if they still had it but were able to find it and it was being sent back it has been over 7 days now and I still have not received my product. I am in possession of all the contact emails if need be.
We provided the consumer with the product he requested. The matter has been settled. We have emails from him saying that he is satisfied and it is settled.
