April of I made a purchase with the Vermont Country Store I was promised a 10% rebate if I filled out the appropriate paper work, which I did However, I did not receive the rebate so I called the Store They sent the rebate however they now they claim that by accepting the rebate I was enrolling in their scam VIP club which began a charge of per month to my credit card This was not disclosed in the conversation about the rebate I noticed the charge today and called and asked to be removed from this "club." I would like to have the per month refunded to my credit for the charges over the previous months

I bought a pair of $pajamas from Vermont Country Store because I have been looking for 100% cotton p.j.s, which are hard to find The p.j.s for $only, the rest was shipping and handling These are the very worse pajamas, cotton or otherwise, I have ever spent money on, (these from Vermont County Store being the very most expensive They are too big, the waist doesn't have a drawstring so the waist is excessively large, the broadcloth 100% cotton and rough, even after washing, so now I have to keep them I bought a $+tax 100% cotton pair of p.j.s from *** last year, and the cotton is soft, from the very first I wish I had bought more, but in my size, they only had one color and design As soon as I find another pair of p.j.s it will be my pleasure to BURN these horrible articles of clothing I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THESE TO MY WORSE ENEMY!!!!!

The worst company ever! I ordered wool mitten gloves - my first time ordering The gloves were a marketing ploy as they are worth about not plus hipping - they will never work and not what I thought I was getting I wrote them several times and no response The only way to return is to be hit with a fee of which is unreasonable, They should gladly take back item for no charge AND, to boot they send obnoxious emails twice a day for sales and I wrote three times to unsubscribe and finally had to call them yesterday to remove me from the list They dont seem to care one bit that I am not happy with purchase or how they handle returns NEVER would I reccomend or order again The gloves I paid for wouldnt help me on spring day on East Coast Ridiculous

Placed an order in early December and was told it would arrive by Christmas as it was in stock and ready to ship A few days before Christmas when I checked the status online it said "Still in progress" and not shipped I called and was told it would be after Christmas, probably Thursday or Friday I called today to reconfirm and was told now it would be mid January and that they called to let me know which was a lieBasically I've been lied to when ordering, when it would be delivered, that I was called and was not, and that delivery is now different datesThis company is not reliable, untrustworthy, and irresponsible with their customers DO NOT USE THEM!! Customers are better off with any other customers who can deliver what is promised and is honest and upfront with their customers

Ordered product online and received no receipt Customer service was absolutely HORRIBLE I got no where with them regarding obtaining a receipt or any kind of valid acknowledgement pertaining to the order I placed The chat-session rep (*** ** if one's to believe that's her real name) obviously couldn't care less about pleasing the customer She's probably paid squat so why should she? NEVER AGAIN WITH THIS PLACE!

My experience was great! They took care of my issue even though it wasn’t really their fault! Not every day that a company will help you out! The customer service rep was very pleasant and nice to work withI would highly recommend them and will be ordering from them again in the future! Thank you for being a great company!
