I am very upset with this carrabbasI have been coming here for a long timeTwice a week mostlyI have had terrible service from the same womanI believe her name is AllieOur food was cold, we didn't complainShe was talking about drugs at the table, making jokes about the herbs in the oilWe tried to use a coupon and that made her upsetShe said they don't "tip out" on the check that is discountedOnce we paid she took the tip out of the book and threw it at us and said "if that's all your leaving I wasted my time waiting on youI hope you have bad (not the word she used) jobs where you have to deal with this." I was so appalledI went and spoke to the manager and he didn't try to make it any betterHe didn't refund anythingHe just said he would speak to herNether the less, my family and I will not be back and I wanted to share my experience and I hope that the way she spoke to paying customers will be handled accordingly
