We got this financing from InvertHelp. It was a mess from the beginning. My sister wanted to set up auto pay but the it at Inventhelp didn't put her name on it. Finally we got that done and I called and spoke to out account manager Amy to get my sisters name added to it as with this being in my name alone it was affecting my earnings to debit ratio. She was worthless. Now I get a letter in the mail from Amy dated 6/12/19 and note that she didn't run it through the office stamp machine until 6/14/19. I received the letter 6/18/19 and it said if we wanted to exercise out 12 month same as cash we had until 6/19/19 as it would expire and we would be responsible for not only the interest that will accrue after this date but also for the interest already earned on our account within the past few month. Keep in mind interest of $828.65 was already figured into our payment so now we are getting a lot of double talk, Also keep in mind that I had recently sent in a $300.00 payment. On 6/19/19 the day after receiving the letter I left several messages with my cell number asking Amy to call. by 11am (MDT) she had not returned my call I called just the regular number as I wanted to see what our payoff was. I spoke to Mike who said our payoff was $6588.22 but amy has it as $6967.17. Also Mike said she did try calling me and he read me the number. Instead of her calling the number I had left on her voice mail she called my home. When I asked her about it she said there was no number left. I told her that I left my cell number not just once but 3 times on my voice mail. Now she is trying to act like she did her job by denying I left the number, but 'Im not an it and I clearly know what I left in 2 different voice messages within minutes of each other. Now if we act by today we will save $828.65 in interest. Now hear it comes: total payoff is $6138.52. Well if Mike said our balance is $6588.22 and they subtract the $828.65 from that shouldn't pay off be $5759.57? So by them doing this they are keeping $378.95 of that $828.65 so actually we are only saving $449.70. Lesson: we found an interest free credit card and did a transfer to get away from Universal Payment corp. as they were not doing u s any favors and the transfer fee cost us over $300.00 so we didn't save a thing but we will save now that it is with an interest free credit card so over the long run we will NOW Save money now that we are no longer with Universal payment corp. I would never do business with them again and should we use inventhelp again we will find our own financing as I think the representative at inventhelp you was let go do to many wrong doings, got something out of signing people up with them. They try to make you think they are doing this great thing for you but I don't think they realize there are people out there that have a brain and don't believe everything they are being told and start digging into things. Our mistake was not to dig earlier and look for reviews online-we would have never gone with them. Thank goodness my sister was able to get that credit card as quickly as she did because Amy did everything she could for us to miss their deadline.

Review: Universal Payment corporation has been harrassing me by mail and phone for several months now. I have no idea who these people are. I have talked on the phone with "[redacted]" if that is her real name and asked her to whom I owed the supposed $504.63. She just double-babbled and had no answer. As far as I can tell this is a predatory "faux" collection agency preying on people who do not have their finacial ducks in a row and might forget or not know to whom they might owe money. Some might pay it with the threat from Universal that, "this is being reported to credit reporting agencies as past due." Enough to scare some people into aquiesence just from the credit threat. This company is, as far as I can tell, bogus, and a fraud. And though the address is in PA they have violated federal law by crossing state lines via the United States Postal Service. I request that you look into them on my behalf, and possibly thousands who are receiving these threatening mailings and calls. The person(s) in question: Universal Payment Corp. [redacted]###-###-#######-###-#######-###-#### fax[redacted] Ext.: [redacted] Collection Specialist. Thank you [redacted]Brooklyn, NYDesired Settlement: None. Just investigate this fraudulent, bogus company.

Review: To whom it may concern,In addressing universal payment Corp. account number [redacted], I have requested full debt validation from this collection agency AND credit bureaus and have never received a response of my request. (No contract, no invoice, nothing bearing my signature) I have verbally & written to Universal Payment Corp not to contact me until I figure what this bill is all about (company continues to communicate). One agent told me, I will pay my bill and I should just be responsible on 6/26/2013 # ###-###-####. That statement infuriated me. I filed a complaint with [redacted] reference # [redacted] and I seeking legal advice to sue Universal Payment Corp for amount owed and have this collection removed from credit report. The little information given to me leads me to (firmly) believe it is NOT my bill, as the company originating the account is not a creditor that I or any member of my family has ever seen. I am still in the process of disputing this account as; again, we do not believe it is accurate.Diante D. AdamsDesired Settlement: Cease communication with my family and have this item removed from my credit reports expeditiously.

Review: I am trying to make a complaint on a business located in Pittsburgh ,PA. I cannot locate it in your website to make a complaint. Not sure if it still exist. The name of the company is Universal Payment Corp. [redacted] In 2004 I placed an invention and I located this company in Irvine named [redacted]. I submitted my idea and for one year I was going through the ins and outs of the company scheme. I was sent brochures and letters stating they were going fabricate an prototype and for one year I was paying large sums of money let alone a large down payment. After the first year I started receiving letters stating they were going to advertise my idea through out shows? I started to figure they were not really doing much but sending me false claims. I started to tell them to prove me they were submitting my idea in shows and they had nothing to validate their claim. I stopped payment in 2006 around June after many attempts for them to prove their work. Which had failed many times over. I started to claim I couldn't pay when there collector will call me and I would request their validation only to have no proof. This account was breached on the part of no provable work. I feel after many attempts they should of provided something to me. This account has not only been tarnishing my credit report but also my credit score. This account has been closed for over many years. Under the California statues of limitations this account is not onlyover 4 years but also ZOMBIE. As of my research this account is past 7 years and should not exist in part of breaching of contract on behalf of Universal Payment Corporation. Please investigate this account and please resolve this matter for me. If needed I can provide them with my attorney [redacted] at ###-###-#### to proved to Universal Payment Corporation.Desired Settlement: I would like this company to remove their negative listing from my credit report. I am asking for an investigation from Revdex.com. I do not wish to continue with this negative listing. The account number is [redacted]. Last payment made 2006 June.
