Unfortunately we will not comment due to the fact that this customer told us they intend to bring legal action and due to this we have retained legal representation as defense in the legal matter they are bringing upon usWe do have audio and video recordings of the individual telling us their legal reps name and that they would be taking care of this for themUnfortunately in light of the pending legal matter we will only respond in recorded manners and in manners that are legal in courtIt is our understanding that if legal actions are included then it is beyond the scope of the Revdex.com, if we are wrong with this information then please inform us so we can move forward with thisIf the individual would like to resolve this without going to court we would request the individual sign a non disclosure and a Covenant not to sue otherwise we will stand with the fact the fact that the individual intends to sue us and will respond according to our attorneys adviseThank you

Mr [redacted] did put a Bitdefender in my laptop but I didn’t ask him toI already had a internet security system on my computer but he took it offWhy wouldn’t backing up my data be included in the price? Who takes their computer somewhere and not want their person data back, like pictures? We would like to start out by stating, we never told this individual that we got our parts from Ebay (we are not sure where they are getting some of their information), we did tell them where we get our parts and we are willing to provide the recording stating where we get our parts and it was not from ebayFurther to address another of their concerns, we would encourage the individual to take their computer to any major computer repair company get their computer repaired then take it to another repair company have the original fixes undone and show up with just a part and demand a refund and see if they will give you oneThat is kind of a common sense thing no company would allow thisYou showed up with a random bare harddrive and told us to give you a refund for it, (please refer to our last response)As for your personal information, please look over the computer shop that you (say) you took your computer to, on their site they have an extra charge for backing up your information they don't do it automatically, I guess that makes us an oddball that we don't back up everyone's personal informationMaybe we dont backup everyones things automatically so that we don't have to deal with customers making wild accusations about what we are doing with their informationIt is worth noting that we did inform this individual that they would loose things on their laptop because their hard-drive had gone bad but this is yet another thing the consumer forgot to mention along with many other thingsUnfortunately every business has to deal with customers like this and there isn't a whole lot any business can do about it, unfortunately some people just have this mentality and cant help them selvesWe keep talking in facts, we keep offering to provide the video and audio recordings about this but yet the individual keeps denying things and adding and subtracting things, why has our story stayed the same and we offer proof but this individual just keeps making wild accusations like (Makes me wonder what he was going to do with my personal data.) comments like that are not comments we would expect, but it should speak of the individual and paranoia or other thingsIt is my opinion that this individual is simply trying to scam us and other businesses, I would encourage others to bewareWe will not allow someone to rip us offWe would also request the consumer keep things to the facts, not wild accusations and their opinionsOn a final note we did try to resolve this but the consumer ignored the offer, so at this point we are not offering anything, if the consumer wants money then let us know and we can go to court as you threatenedRemember we have the audio and video of you yelling at us and us asking you not to yell at us and so onSo you yelled at us on multiple occasions in our store which we have recorded and now all over the web, Ma'am you are a bully nothing more and we will not tolerate this, you had a chance to settle this, reread this complaint, you should have taken the opportunity, instead you wanted to try to bully us even more and I am putting an end toIf you make accusations about our company again that are not true, I assure you we will go to courtWe are still protected by law from people like you making wild accusations that can harm our business like.(Makes me wonder what he was going to do with my personal data.) this is not a threat this is a fact, We will not tolerate this kind of childish behavior from an adult, and we will not allow you to harm our business or employees with liesAgain we offer proof and facts, you offer your outlandish opinions and lies nothing more

No where did he state there are no refunds if third parties are involved. Why would I continue taking my computer to someone who isn’t fixing my pc problems?

So if there is no legal action the Revdex.com is still within the scope of this matter. My main reason this does not resolve my complaint by the business in reference is there was no mention of refunding my money.
