Awakened to 'burst' hot water tank, shooting water everywhere! Thanks to ADAM at Universal Plumbing for the 'calming effect' he had when he efficiently and professionally handled everything with a terrific attitude! Took us a few months to get this review online, sorry Adam! We highly recommend Adam!

I messaged them to get a quote for replacing my outdoor spigot. They replied they can come out and do it. I asked how much. I never received a response. They just want to come out and do a job while having the ability to charge whatever they want.

JD came out had leak coming from small bathroom into basement. he diagnosed the problem
and fixed it in a timely manner. he was very friendly approachable and knowledgeable. I had others questions I had about some other issues I was having, and he gladly gave me his professional opinion on some of the remedies that he could do to fix them. Good job.

Adam was highly skilled and had my new water heater installed and running within a few hours of arriving. Adam explained all the functions on the new gas valve and performed all heater code up-grades. I would highly recommend Adam and Universal Plumbing and Sewer to anyone with plumbing problems.

I had a sump pump emergency on a holiday, and Billy K. responded. He correctly diagnosed the issue, after a previous misdiagnosis from another plumber, and explained everything. He was professional, thorough, and polite. He ordered the new system, and personally installed it 48 hours later. Excellent service from Billy!

While other plumbing companies quoted me a two week time frame for an appointment, Universal Plumbing and Sewer was able to visit my home the same day. Jonah and Paul were professional, knowledgeable, and able to correctly diagnose the issue within a few minutes. The fix was quick, clean and effective. The service charge was fair. Jonah provided great preventative information relative to the situation that will be useful.

Had to have bleeder drain pipe replaced in basement. Lot of work had to be done to break up basement floor to get to drain pipe. Had to be replaced and filled back in and cement to finish. Another problem was found during process and was taken care of without additional charge. Adam and Sean were very hard working and kept me informed during the process. This is the 2nd time I have used this company. They are very professional and cleaned up my basement when job was done.

Was told I need to have my pipes outside my home from my sump pump hydro cleaned. So far I have wait to have it done due to weather. They seem very knowledgeable about their fief.so far I am happy

The job was well done (installing a sump pump with battery backup) The only issue was the technician put in a back flow valve that was to tall to close the lid for the sump. I'm forced to build up the base of the lid so it's higher. Still haven't got to that.

Answered all of my questions and were polite.

JD was very good at listening to what we wanted to be done. He then explained how he was going to do it. He is very knowledgeable in this type of work. He was prompt and efficient. He tested everything to my satisfaction did an excellent cleanup. No need to look any further for a great plumbing company for our home. Very happy!

Jonah and Paul did a great job. Jonah explained everything he had to do to clear the problem and they did. The people at the office were pleasant and informative. I am having more work done by Universal Plumbing when the weather warms up.

I couldn't get estimate for work even I was getting from other plumbers. I was trying to add shower to my basement bathroom. Adam concern was that cement is not sufficient silant around hubs and that will cause black mold in time. I was proposing asking City Build Manger for opinion but that it didn't help.
