I am rejecting this response because:the company is making up stories.  We were credited the amount because we had proof of purchase.  Initially we were told that they would give us $100.00 if we had a receipt. This was unacceptable.  Credit card consumers do not have to pay for unsatisfactory merchandise or service.  I also submitted each copy of our four moves. There was no discount and we didn't ask for anything other than to be properly prepared for our moves (with sufficient equipment like pads, wardrobes, tools) and the last three moves there were issues. They were slight issues.  We never claimed to have four beds.  We had three beds, moved three beds, but only received two mattresses in return. I have photos of each room before the move and all three bedrooms had frames, mattresses, and linens. We're not trying to go around in circles but essentially the bed frame was missing essential parts and the mattress is missing. The total cost for these things is over $400 and $600.  What the company failed to state in their reply is that they have sent irate text messages and insisted that we pay them to move the remaining items from storage. I'm not sure what our, or their, legal rights are but if the unit is current can they evict us? This is very retaliatory and text messages are seriously unprofessional.

I did not read or respond to your email regarding this customer's complaint because I thought...

it was a new solicitation for advertising on the Revdex.com site as we have done this for many years in the past.  Regarding this complaint, we are more than happy to replace the missing bolts for the bed. We do not believe there is a missing mattress. Customer agrees that we originally picked up 3 beds and delivered 1 bed to customer's temporary apartment. The other 2 beds were brought to storage. On the most recent delivery, 1 of these beds was removed from storage and delivered to customer's residence. They claimed it was the wrong bed so we delivered the other bed the next day. This, too, was not the bed they wanted, although it was, indeed, their bed. All three beds have been accounted for and 1 remains here in storage.  I think they may have mis-identified which mattress they originally had delivered to their apartment because we had only the 2 remaining mattresses and neither was the one in question. I asked customer to explain how there could be an additional mattress if he already had 1 of the 3 delivered the previous year and neither of the remaining 2 which he agrees belong to him were nevertheless, not the missing mattress. He didn't  have an answer. I have been giving this customer discounted services for both moving and storage to compensate for their displeasure and don't believe we should be responsible for this mattress they feel we lost. I believe they have had this mattress all along and just don't realize it.Money has seemed to be an issue with this customer every time we have provided them service.  I tried to help by discounting their original storage by $100 per month saving them $1000 over the course of 10 months. I have since discounted their remaining storage balance by not charging them at all for 2 months and discounting their $50 per month fee to $35 per month. So their current savings and compensation  is $130. I am willing to pay half of the cost of mattress, or $200  just to settle the matter and will continue to discount their storage to help them out. Thank you.Randall Moving and Storage[redacted] AMSA Certified ProMOVER, MC#[redacted] DOT#[redacted]
