Review: My merchant number is [redacted]. My account opened on January 2014, I was introduced by my neighbour store. I opened this account is beacuse she told me your company has very low rate and very good customer servicing. After I received the first statement, I found out the rate are not as low as my last company, I felt dissapointed but decided to continue using .

But unfortunately my store closed 4 months later because the lease problem. I called the agent who signed the contract with me to inform her I will close my business soon but not sure the date yet.

She told me just call he back few days before I desiced to close the account. Because my last credit card service company that I deal with was easy, I call to cancel the last day of my bussiness day and no any futher charge. So I did so at this time,

I called to cancel three days before my last day witch was May[redacted] .They told me something made me fell so mad and no sence. The customer servicer told me I supposed call to cancel 3 months before. But the agent that I signed the contract with, she never mentioned this to me,

and she told me this is free contract, no lease, I can cancel anytime I want, this is what it says in the contract as well. Customer servicer told me I'm going to be charged $44.95 every month for 3 month after MAY and my account will be cancelled. I was so angry, because I used to deal with so many credit cardservice companies, this is the only company I heard about to closing must call 3 months before. As a business owner

how do u know when business will be doing in 3 month? How do u know when business will be closing before 3 months? is this funny? It sounds like they not happy I close

my account and want more money from me. This was terrible. And I was going to close my business bank account yesterday, and I just realized my acoount has been charged total

of $479.84, they are $300 on Nov.**, $44.95 on Oct.*,$44.94 on Sep.*, $44.95 on Aug.*and $44.99 on July*. And I tried to contact the customer services [redacted] and ###-###-####,

I told them my issue and they were transferring me between each department and ecah agent told me I suppose call the other department, they are taking care for the merchant charges something

like that. and each agent tooks me at lease 15 mins to wait. I have spended 45 mins to waitted both the agent and still trying to transfer me to the other one that I have spoke with. I think these agents

are very unprofessional. I didn't want to spend more time on the agent and would like Revdex.com give me respond. How to introduce Universal campany to my friend with such unhappy experiences and issues to ?

I think no one will choose you company if I told them I have been with these bad situations.Desired Settlement: I would like to have all the charged to my account after the day I informed my bussiness close witch is after May. 2014.

Thet are total of $479.84, they are $300 on Nov.**, $44.95 on Oct.* ,$44.94 on Sep.*, $44.95 on Aug.* and $44.99 on July*. And also to conpensate for my loss, also the bank overdraft fee total of $140. Two time charge of $35 on Sep and each $35 charge on Octorber and November. My account turned negative after you charged $44.95 on Sep. And the whole refund will be $619.84. I hope to receive respond ASAP because my account is negative now, it will continue be charging $35 overdraff fee and $18 business fundamentals fee at lease I close the account.

Review: I was charged an early termination fee and ACH reject fee. My agent promised me that I would not be liable for any early termination fee if I to canceled anytime. I wanted to cancel my service with Universal Processing after one day of processing with them. Not only did it take more then a week to be able to reach my agent but I was given a hard time to cancel my account. There was never a copy of my agreement left for me. I requested for my agreement but they never sent it to me.

There should not be a ACH fee because there should not have been an early termination fee in the first place.Desired Settlement: I was the collection of $520.00 ($495.00 early termination fee and $25.00 ACH reject fee) to be removed ASAP.

Review: I just made a pointment((04/**/2015)) with their(Universal Processing Solutions Inc.) staff and asked some questions about POS system, but their payment system can not meet my needs , so I did not decide to use their service, they said they would let me know once they find a new product meets my requirement and then I could go to their company to test and try. However, I received a bill $54.95 on 05/**/2015 without any POS machines or activated POS ID. I contacted them they said just forget the bill. But they still charged me every month and sent the bills($114.95) to the [redacted]'s Collections Department. Today I received call from [redacted]'s Collections Department, they said their agent(Universal Processing Solutions Inc.) did not change my account balance, I should contact them.Desired Settlement: They(Universal Processing Solutions Inc.) can not provide the service what I need, and I never use their service or receive any product from them.They should change my account balance to 0 and refund $54.95 to me.

Hello Revdex.com,I am fully aware of this client and unfortunately, they have not been fully honest and are using the Revdex.com, a reputable non-profit organization, to wrongly discredit my organization. The merchant willingly opened an account with us on 04/**/15 after signing our agreement and allowing us to submit it for underwriting, along with accepting the hardware peripherals to prepare them for processing, called a "swipe simple" (notes below):EX 04/**/2015 02:33:45 - adixsonUN - UnderwritingApproved w/ $6K vol and NDFIN 04/**/2015 12:50:31 - Gabbi2014 - Underwriting** Alert ** No terminal, just a swipe simpleFurther, the merchant was indeed charged monthly fees and account fees of $54.95 for April in early May, and $54.95 again for May in early June, but unfortunately, we were never able to collect upon the $54.95 in May charges due to the business owner defaulting on her payment from stop payment (notes below):EX 06/**/2015 02:51:47 - [redacted] - SettlementACH reject $54.95 (Payment stopped) May fees. 1. The company is doing something illegal. I did sign the contract with them [ I didn't put any date, I told the agent I would let her know once we are ready, I also sent an text message to their agent [redacted] to make sure dont put the date, I'll start to use after they show me their new device ], but what's an agreement for? The agreement is used to rule our transaction as the company give me service, we should pay for the service. However, in these 3 billing cycles, they didn't provide me any service [no systerm, no machine, even no call ], they ruined the contract, why they can charge me every month? It is absolutely illegal.2. This company said I am an unhonest customer. I could say I've never been a liar. I tried to call them to solve the problem in May after I recieve my first bill. Their customer representive told me don't worry, they will refund me once we start to use their service, and they said I would not receive any bill next month. Then I called the bank to block their future chargement in case they forgot what they said. Apparently they were telling a story. In June the Priority payment system collection department sent me a bill [06-**-2015 $79.95] beause our bank stop their chargement. I called them again at this moment, " you said I won't get any more bill, what's this, why I got it agian", this time they told me "just forget it, we'll deal with it, don't worry". Then we receive another bill several days ago sent on 07-**-2015 for $114.95, this time I called [redacted] collection department where the bill from [ number ###-###-####], this is the first time I knew I have a balance for $114.95 in their systems, the bill I received is right and the same as their system, which means they have never changed my balance as they told me in the phone calls. 3. All the things shows they are an unhonest company, they used one and one story to play their customer, keep charging without providing any service. For the amount they have already charged [ $54.95], please refund to me. For the bill I received, please clear my balance as 0 and send a comfirmation to my email and [redacted] collection department.

Hello Revdex.com,I would like to take this time to address [redacted]'s 3 concerns:1. As for Universal Processing doing something illegal, based on my Business Law studies, advice from company counsel, and legal websites:"If a contract does not specify its effective date, it goes into effect on the date it was signed by the person to whom the contract was offered for a signature.1 If this person’s signature is not dated, then the contract is effective the moment the agreement left his hands.2 For example, if the contract is being returned by mail, the acceptance would be valid the moment the signed contract was dropped in the mail." -cited from [redacted]There is no dispute from the business owner's end that they had signed Universal's contract, as per their own admission. The very fact that [redacted] is citing that "the company is doing something illegal" time and again constitutes corporate defamation, and once again, Universal Processing will pursue legal action if this kind of talk persists, especially on a public forum.2. Once again, because [redacted] admitted to signing a legal contract that comes with certain financial obligations, these charges, at the very least, the first monthly charge, are legally his responsibility, and both Universal Processing and [redacted] are the parties suffering damages due to the merchant's stop payments. We had already offered to return each dollar collected, and in this case, the merchant is asking for a refund of $54.95, when our offered refund was $64.95 in our prior response:"We are willing to make a full refund of each dollar collected in the amount of $64.95, as we at Universal Processing have no interest of keeping both an unwilling and dishonest customer on our books."We have already performed a full refund of $54.95, and as per our close relationship with [redacted] executives, have already expedited the settlement of any collection attempts, as no additional monies owed to Universal and [redacted] have been collected to date.3. There is no evidence of Universal Processing doing anything "unhonest," as per client's accusations. Once again, this is a case of a client that accepted physical hardware from us in the form of a "Swipe Simple" device, and the client later declined using our device, despite signing our agreement and enrolling in our services. As stated above, though Universal is taking a loss on hardware deployment and shipping costs, we have no interest in keeping an unwilling customer on our books.In closing, we have already handled this matter in advance. Review: When I switched my merchant services to universal processing it was agreed that they would provide merchant processing for all major credit cards. They provided services for Visa, Mastercard, and Discover but failed to authorize American Express processing. My first American Express customer carried a a corporate account and made a catering order with our restaurant for an amount of $483.75. Universal Processing failed to uphold their contract to provide merchant services for American Express as agreed upon and resulted in loss of business and reputation. When this matter was brought up to sales representative (first name: [redacted]) who helped us open the account, she accused me of not wanting merchant services for American Express. I had merchant services for American Express for over 2 years before switching to Universal Processing and it was agreed that I would continue to accept American Express. After speaking to a supervisor, 2 Boxes of credit card terminal printing paper was given from Universal Processing as compensation to me. Still dissatisfied with their company's services I opted to have my account closed. The supervisor who took the request from me to have the account closed demanded I return compensated printing paper or else I would get charged fees for it. I agreed to return the printing paper and delivered. However, my account was still not closed! Apparently I had to sign a closure form which was not mentioned by the supervisor. No paperwork was sent to my company either. I was unaware that Universal Processing continued to keep my account open and continued to apply monthly fees to my company's bank account. Universal Processing's incompetent behavior and service practices caused damaged to my company's reputation and charged me fees for undesired "monthly service".Desired Settlement: Please compensate us back with 3 months of service charge at $35.95 per month. Total amount of $107.85
