Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: Thank you for forwarding the responseAs I mentioned earlier, I only wore the pair twice and it was worned because the pair was torn from side to side, I always get taps on my shoes on the first day of purchase, to protect themI visited the store a couple of times and each time I was given the run around, and is my understanding the shoes were not able to be returned if it should happen to another personThis company buys shoes in bulk for resale from a liquidator and whatever the customer receives is not refundable or returnable, The only restitution they will receive is the runaround, they play games with the customers and attempt to undermine peopleMost of the people who shop are middle age to elderly and they count on the fact that most people who purchase their shoes will not be able to file a report to Revdex.comMost of the people who shop in this store will be given the run around until they get tired, I was there three times and kept telling me to return in three hours to speak to the owner, I waited over six hours for the owner and he never showed upA lot of minorities fail to make reports to the proper departments due to the lack of access of the Internet or they get tired of the run aroundThe gentleman who works at the shoe maker informed me the store constantly sends shoes to be repaired, in fact some of the bulk wholesale pairs are already damaged and they take the chance and sell them to unsuspecting customersWe can go on forever writing back and forth, but this is not going to be satisfactory, the only reason I made to complain so it won't happen to anyone elseI realize this company does not have a proper return policy in place, hopefully they will be leave Harlem in the near future and go back to Canada or where ever they are registered at, I enjoy shopping in Harlem and I will be back, I can always stop off at the Attorney General's Office in Harlem, I can always take this complain a little furtherThank you, [redacted] In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted]

The shoes had been badly worn, the customer had no receipt to validate purchase dateAlteration were also made to the shoes ( screw in taps were placed on the bottom of the shoes.) She said she paid with a credit card and we should have the informationWe informed her that credit card information
was not storedShe was advised to get her statement from your bank indicating the purchase however, she said that was not possible since it was more than thirty day
