*** from Universal Pinball never explained to me face to face why the repairs were going to amount to $2,000+ when he took the machine he said he could repair it and the Kings to Open pinball would pay for the repairsAbout two months after he took the machine he said he was just starting to work on it and about a week later he informed me that it was going to cost the amount of $2,He never said this when he took both machines, and I can not say we had a good connection as he never returned my texts promptlyAs I stated before upon having repairs to another machine by a gentlemen that has been repairing pinballs for over years, and *** had called him to come look at Dive Bombers, he said the machine should never of been taken because of its age parts were not availableIf I had know this from the start I would never over given him Kings to Open for the repair of the years of machine
