Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:All this is FALSE:This is NOT a DISH issue- this issue is with Chris W [redacted] and Universal Satellite.DISH has yet to receive the boxes because he only shipped them Tuesday April 5th UPS Tracking is [redacted] Yes he offered to cover the expense but never did He said Friday, then Saturday, then Monday night, then I will cal you Tuesday He never delivered the the money he promised.No one from DISH is able to verify that the boxes have been returned nor have I seen the credit.If the tracking is correct the boxes will arrive Friday 4/8- Again boxes that he claims were returned in JANUARY were actually sent April 5th The previous tracking # he supplied was to Idaho Falls where DISH doesn't even have a locationMr W [redacted] still owes me $which he has owed me for over days He promised the NHL package for free We got charged for it and he promised to drop it off, put it in the mail etc- Never saw the $so I would like to hear when I can expect that as well Sincerely, [redacted]

Let's get one thing very clear and out in the open no one from universal satellite has ever lied to Mr. Mrs [redacted] and what they're saying is "promised" to them was "promised" to them by dish network not universal satellite, We have nothing to do with the gift cards that is something they offer... their customers for signing up and it's there responsibility to make sure the customer receives them not universal satellites, this is not a DirecTV issue so why they're contacting them I have no idea this is a dish network issue dish network is trying to charge them for a cancelation fee that they said they would not be charged because of the issues that had from when they had there service, The most confusing part is the fact that they filed this complaint because I have been the biggest advocate for the ***s to dish network I've went above and beyond anything that I would normally do to try to rectify the situation on there behalf I have provided them with confirmation number after speaking with dish network which I will provide at the bottom of this page, The ***s are now trying to blame universal satellite for dish network's error so I would please appreciate if this was removed off of my complaint history. The person we spoke with when we canceled the account that works for dish network she works in their cancelation department her name is Gayle her operator ID is ***, I have called dish network on the ***s behalf gave them this information told them they shouldn't have been charged for the cancelation fee but they are the ones continuing to try to charge them so the complaint needs to go against dish network universal satellite is not trying to charge the ***s anything. Like I told Mr. [redacted] before I have no problem calling in with him and trying to talk to them but dish network is a very hard company to deal with that is why I stopped selling them or offering them years ago!

Let's get one thing straight, this is Dish Networks mistake not mine, when I came to the customers house I offered to return the equipment as a favor, then when it turned up missing I called the representative from Dish Network myself and gave her the correct tracking number with UPS and she
verified that the boxes were returned to there warehouse in El Paso Tx, but because the tracking number it was over months old she said it would take a couple days to verify it and been returned I even offered to cover the amount for the customer until the situation was figured out, I was on vacation with my family at the time I told the customer I would be home on Friday but we decided to stay until Monday I told him I would meet him Tuesday morning instead then the customer became very irate and childish? I told the customer I will no longer be helping him with this situation but I have since followed up with Dish Network representative and she has verified that the equipment was returned and the customer will receive a full refund!!
