A representative from Universal Solutions (referred to from here on as Company) called and spoke with an employee of oursThe employee told this Company's representative that he is unauthorized to make purchase ordersThis Company's representative offered to send him a free sampleOur employee agreed to be sent a free sampleWe received a package from this Company and an invoice addressed to the employee who agreed to the free sampleWe contacted this Company to find out what was going onWe were informed that this Company does not provide free samplesWhen I called this Company in order to find out what was going on, an employee of this Company (***) insisted that she should speak with the employee who asked for the sampleWhen I offered to direct her to our accountant she began repeatedly insisting that she speak with the employee and would not listen to what I saidI transferred her to our accountantOur accountant tried to speak with her but she continued insisting that she speak to the employee who agreed to the free sampleWe will not pay the invoice and we will be discussing the situation with our attorney
