A expensive item was stolen from my care while it was in the care of this valet company. The item was in a locked glovebox. The car had no signs of forced entry and the glove box was unlocked not pryed open. I noticed it was gone before leaving the valet pick up location. The police were called right away and a report filed. The owner of the valet company will not even entertain that her staff has any responsibility in the loss, or that anybody on her staff could have been involved. She accused me of lying about the item ever having been there in my car.

Review: Back in November **, 2013 I paid Universal Special Events, Inc. the amount of US$1,500.00 for two (2) tickets to see Jerry Seinfield at the [redacted]. Three hours before the show was scheduled to begin, [redacted] of this company, called me to inform me that there had been an oversight on his part and I didn't have tickets for the concert. As I was already on my way to Hollywood (from Miami) and I had hotel reservations to spend the night[redacted] suggested me to buy 2 tickets at the door and that he would refund me this new expense; because of the inconvenience, he also offered to pay for my hotel stay. At the ticket window I bought two tickets for a total of US$338.00. I sent [redacted] a copy of the receipt; he promised to reimburse me and informed me that I had a $1,500 credit with Universal for a future event. In January 2014 I spoke to [redacted] and asked him to use the $1,500 credit I had with him to get me two tickets for the John Legend concert, scheduled for April **/14 at the [redacted] agreed and everything was confirmed. On the morning of the concert[redacted] called me to tell me that the promoter had made a mistake and my tickets were not for the 4/** Miami concert, but for 4/** in West Palm Beach. I explained to him that I couldn't go to WPB and that I wanted my tickets (which [redacted] had confirmed were first row tickets). He admitted he had made a mistake. I asked him for a refund of the $1,500 plus the $338.00 that he had not sent me from the Seinfield show. I have tried numerous times to reach [redacted] asking him for the refund but he has yet to answer or send the money.Desired Settlement: Throughout 17 years, I have given [redacted] thousands of dollars in business. He has handled this situation very poorly and I am in shock at his reaction of total silence. I want a full reimbursement of the money [redacted] owes me: $338.00 PLUS $1,500.00, for a total of US$1,838.00.
