Review: Ordered a couple trees and gravel from this company over a month ago. On that day I had same day delivery and great customer service the very next day I whent in to order more trees and gravel the sales rep told me that they gave me the wrong price for the trees I had no problem with paying for that price she said, it was only ten dollars more per tree is what she told me in person and that I can pay the driver for the treesan gravel when they come later that day. Well they didnt come that night but the next day no problem an with no trees so I didnt pay for anything that day.a week goes by no trees still so I called them they tell me that theyd be coming out that weekend ok waited all weekend no trees still. so I wait another week call them again asking for the trees I ordered she said theyre digging them out today and coming to your house tomorrow ok awesome the next day they showed up early with 3 tied up trees get them unloaded he hands me bill for the gravel that I didnt pay for yet and 3 trees but the trees were per $42 more then quoted so upset I give the driver the check he leaves I get to untieing the trees and find out that these are not the same trees I oredered from them before so I call the business no pickup called the driver and told him that these arent the trees he said the owner will call me back and she did and she said send her a pic of the older trees an send it to her so she can tell what to get an theyll exchange them that week. so a week goes by they picked them up but nobody called to let us know they were coming so I come home from work to find new trees same kind but one less I called and told them the lady told me she was coming over to look at the first ones ordered she hasnt showed up yet its been 2 weeks and I called them again today asking for a refund and they told me owner will call me im just tired of calling them and getting the run around of telling me theyll get me the correct ones and still not having what paid for im upset looking for help. The customer bought 2 Junipers, and then came back and wanted 3 more. We ordered them, they came in and we delivered them. The customer informed us they were the wrong ones. We went back and picked them up at the owners request on 8/18 at no additional charge. At this time, we ordered 3 more to match, but before they could come in, the homeowner submitted this letter to the Revdex.com. So, I am returning his $377.03 to him. Due to the weather, we were unable to pull the trees out of the ground as quickly as he would have liked. Thank you for your letter.
