Customer purchased car from another dealer in Jackson Ms [redacted] had a Traverse with well over 100,miles Obviously the SUV had several issues Ms [redacted] did bring the car in our service dept on 07/18/and stated that her check engine light was on and wanted service to change her plugs and wires, which the service dept completed There have been other times that our service advisers recommended services, that Ms [redacted] declined, as it is detailed in the customer history report that is attached It has been other times, that no charge was made to Ms [redacted] This is a high mileage vehicle and it seems the customer wanted us to make it new, which is impossible We repaired the vehicle as she specified We could not duplicate any of the problems the customer assumed she was having We have tried all and everything to resolve this customer's problem and dissatisfaction, however it is apparent that this is a case of a customer that bought elsewhere and is not satisfied and will never be Ms [redacted] has also traded this vehicle in on something else

I am rejecting this response because:I am not satisfied with the resolution with Atwood ChevroletI was called by the dealership to come in and that they had something
for me due to the problems that I had endured with their companyI was given free oil changes worth $per couponI explained to them that b/c of their neglect with my vehicle I have spent thousands in the last months with themThey agreed and apologized for the inconvenience and stated that there was nothing else they could do for meI asked were the coupons good for any other dealership and they stated no, the coupons were only good for their dealership (Atwood)I also explained to them that my family and I have no future plans on ever returning to Atwood for maintenance or to purchase a vehicle and the coupons were useless to meThey continued to state that they are sorry and that there was nothing else that they could doMy vehicle was improperly maintained while in their presence on multiple occasions and this has cost me thousandsI’ve had to take my vehicle to other companies to have them fix Atwood’s repairs so I was insulted when they gave me coupons that were only good for their companyThis is also a way to make sure they are getting their money backThe reassured me that the technician that worked on my car multiple occasions was no longer employed there; however, that does not fix the damages this gentleman and Atwood has causedI am highly dissatisfied with the results I have received from this companyI am deserving of a full refund for all labor costs that was caused by poor maintenance repairs on behalf of their techniciansGiving me $worth of coupons to only use at their company will not solve the problem Sincerely, *** ***
