addressed to *** *** ***, *** *** *** works with post-secondary institutions to offer housing in apartment communities near the campus.We took it upon ourselves to meet with the Student and discuss the contract dispute with *** *** ***The Student did confirm the mice problem in the apartment was brought to ***'s attention and they did work with the apartment complex to provide solutionsThe Student shared that after a month or so, the mice problem came back and alerted *** did offer the Student to transfer to another unit and the Student declinedWe did confirm with the Student that he did not officially notify *** of the move out date.The Student disputes the final bill with *** that totals $1,UTI did review the situation with *** to understand the total billThe final bill included the July's housing payment, lease termination fees, a late fee and a few incidental charges for the condition of the apartment.The Student has accepted an offer from *** to reduce the balance from $1,to $The reduction provided is for two month's housing payments.At this time, both *** and UTI believe this matter has come to resolution Sincerely,Robert K.
