The call center is rediculas and rude and pick up times are not accurate this company should be shut down

This service is terrible with unprofessional drivers drivers smoking in their vehicles while transporting children they're always late my four-year-old daughter was left at school 10 times since she started this company I definitely would not recommend if you value your child's education (getting to school on time) and safety this service is not for you

A HORRIFIC COMPANY if you value yourself, and/or your family members DO NOT use UTS. They are incappable or acting in civilized manners. They are hateful rude, will make advances to you. And nothing is ever done because the refuse to connect you with any kind of company leadership.
Document EVERYTHING. Even if it seems minor. You will probably have a significant case in one week to one month. Oh and something on their website, "all their vans are equipped with 2 way cameras for saftery" that is untruthful. Because they surely had no idea about any advancements etc that were done with me. And nothing EVER is followed up with. They have no consequences for anything, and they make their own rules.

Always late and my special needs child misses school as a result. Drivers are extremely unprofessional. Will falsify info to school when contacted and complained against for having child be over an hour late to school regularly. Van pulls up with extremely loud, explicit lyric music playing where it can be heard in my house frequently, with my autism kiddo distressed and overstimulated and angry. Will not resolve complaints and issues.

My special needs child is supposed to be transported to his school by UTS every day. They usually do not arrive to pick up until well after his school starts at eight and it is a decent drive on the expressway to get there! For the third day in a row, the school called to tell me they are over an hour late to pick up after school! The teacher does not know what to do because school ended at three, and they are being held hostage because no one is showing up to get my kindergartener! UTS should lose it's contract. If the teacher leaves, as they are supposed to, my child would be unsupervised! Most of the drivers are inappropriate and my little boy with autism complains about very loud, inappropriate sexual music with cussing being played. He has also been injured on the van and could not get help from the driver because no one could hear him! They pull up and you can hear the bumping music from inside! A terrible, very unprofessional business!

Never on time, and when you call they don't have eta. get message day before about time they will pick up...do they arrive at that time nope. Its understandable that traffic is backed up and things, but this cant be an everyday thing. I have received calls stating they had to reroute and not eta. what type of service is that. My child has to be at school by 715, and every single day last week she was late due to not arriving on time. This morning I received call(shocker because I have to call them everyday to see where ride is) saying they had to reroute and no eta. REALLY!! At 9 am I get text saying ride will arrive within 10-20 mins. Well guess what, as I have been looking at my street from my camera on my porch and not a car/van/bus/person walking nothing. You guys pride yourself on on time arrives and other crap which is so not true!! GET IT TOGETHER ASAP! ON A SCALE OF 1-10 YOU GET -1 AND I UPSET I HAVE TO GIVE YOU A STAR TO PUT THIS REVEIW BECUASE YOU DONT DERSEVE ONE!!!!!!!!!!!!

The ladies in the call center are very rude to me when I call and make appointment or try and find out my pickup time on Tuesday November 13th my ride hadn't arrived so I called into UTSA to see what my pickup time was and what my driver would be here the lady told me that he was about 1 minute away and I should maybe start heading outside we hung up the phone I put on my jacket went outside didn't see anyone so I called into UTSA they said the driver had came and left. I did not receive a phone call saying that he was there and the only reason I was coming outside is because the lady at UTSA asked me to this isn't the first time that this is happened I believe that some of the ladies are racist and telling me what they want to tell me because they actually told me when I called back the second time asking where my driver was because I was outside standing they told me that the driver had actually called me and I didn't answer the phone and that's not true I have call waiting on my phone and I had only called and UTSA to find out what my pickup time was that morning. I think the ladies are racist and just put in whatever type of information they want to I'm a heart patient and also diabetic and I cannot run outside I was outside within 3 minutes of making the first phone call so if the driver had already came and left he did not wait long enough at all and he lied about calling me to confirm that he was at my address.
