Ordered a vacuum part and paid through PayPal Did not receive a order confirmation from Universal Waited, sent two email and three phone calls the a choppy automated answering machine with no response Contacted PayPal and the money had already been sent to Universal Opened a claim against them Will get my money back in days if they do not respond, (which they didn't respond to the Revdex.com request on behalf of another customer, mail came back as un-deliverable.) These people are thieves! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

These people accept online orders, but do not ship the product I ordered parts a month before this review and received no confirmation or anything A few days later the charge cleared my account After three weeks I tried to call After several attempts I finally spoke with someone who assured me that the order would go out immediately and apologized for the delay A week later still nothing Six attempts to call got nothing but voicemail I left a very specific message and no return call My next step is to contact the credit card company and report the problem and ask for a charge backIf these people are actually still in business then they are doing a pathetic job of it

I order items from this company on 7-25-and never got themI called the company on the 6th of augs and a message on the phone said they were closed for maintance from the 6th to the 13th you could leave a message and someone would get back to you., but there is no way to leave a messageSo I sent an email never got a email or call backToday the 15th of aug called them again same thing a message on the phone saying closed for maintance but this time closed the 8th-15th and still have not got my items or my money backNo calls or emails from them

Review: I placed an order for a vacuum belt on Jan 11, did not receive any email confirmation in days so I placed another order on 01/16 thinking that the first one did not go trough correctly.

Received email confirmation for both orders by email on Jan 21, if you click on the link provided in the email confirmation it says the order will ship on the next 24 hours...today is February 3rd and the order has not been shipped yet.

My credit card was charged on 01/23 for both orders. I tried to contact them by phone several times, left voicemails, contacted them by the form online on their website and nobody returned any call.

Order numbers are [redacted] and [redacted]Desired Settlement: I want my orders canceled and a full refund

Review: Buyer Beware. Seller fails to deliver product as advertised, will take your money for premium shipment, and will not return communication. Avoid at all cost or you will be sorry!Desired Settlement: These scam artists do not deserve to be in business steeling money from future customers. Not worth my time for the total $ I am out but a lawsuit would be justified. STAY AS FAR AWAY AS YOU CAN. [redacted]" CROOKS!

Review: I ordered a product from this company May30. Paid or UPS delivery,and a week later have yet to receive the product .I was charged for the product and the extra shipping however. I tried calling, but only get a recording. I sent a complaint to the company via email as well.Desired Settlement: I would like theproduct delivered and the extra fee for postage refunded/or a complete refund.
