Universal Windows Direct of Indianapolis takes great pride in both the quality of its products and its commitment to customer service. While the vast majority of our installations are completed to the customer’s complete satisfaction and without incident, occasionally color matching issues can...
occur. Color matching new windows with remaining windows/doors can be impacted by several factors, including lighting, age/condition of existing windows, material variations, and numerous other factors. In this case, although UWD delivered the windows in the color that the customer selected, the customer was not satisfied with the color. However, after numerous conversations with the customer attempting to achieve a fair and amicable resolution for both parties, we have now ordered new windows for this project that should be a better match, and we are confident that this matter has been resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
