Review: I have contacted **. [redacted] repeatedly to obtain the warranty for windows that I purchased for an investment property and received on April 3, 2013 and was promised the warranty.I would like to have the warranty.I have no information, no receipt, nothing. I purchased these from him because I had previously purchased windows from him in 2012 and trusted that he would provide me with the pertinent information. He has been fully paid for the windows on April 3, 2013.Desired Settlement: I would like to have a detailed receipt as well as the warranty for the windows.

[redacted] has called our business 2 times. Both times she was responded to within the hours that she called. Both times she received what she called for. Her parts were ordered also within the hour of her call.
She does not call me; she calls everyone else and tells them she can not get a hold of me.
Her parts and another copy will be mailed to her when they arrive at our business as she has been told.

I am rejecting this response because: I just received everything in the mail on Friday. I only contacted others after 5 calls and emails weren't returned. However, I received what I need and will never do business with this company again, nor will I refer them to anyone.
