Universal Windows

Had our windows and patio doors replaced by this business this past summer. We recently started having issues with our patio door not being sealed correctly. Air gap along the bottom of the door, ice buildup on interior of the house, bad enough that we can't close the door without chipping away the ice build up. Trim boards around the patio door were not secured correctly and r very loose. We have tried multiple attempts at contacting the business leaving voicemail messages, sending pictures to his cell phone so he can see what is going on with no response. He verbally stated to us that the windows have a life time guarantee.
