Review: Here are the cliff notes, I purchased a dagger for a wedding present. I asked specific questions about the dagger prior to ordering it, the dagger arrived in terrible condition. I took over 30 pictures of all nicks, scratches, dents, bends and plastic stuck in between the rain guard and fuller aka blade and handle etc. There were also black spots all over the blade. I spoke to their customer service representative and they tried to deny accountability saying they checked out the item prior to shipping it to me and if damages occurred then it was during shipping. The dagger was shipped directly from China so they did not inspect it. They would not work with me until I mentioned escalating the circumstances. They gave me a deadline that was unreasonable to return the dagger in. After they received the dagger they only returned $40.00 instead of the full amount of $56.65, claiming I did not return the third box the item came in. I returned every box, all two, that I received and they say they have no box to return the item back to China now. This being why they did not refund me the full amount, or that a mysterious box costs $15.65? These people are blatant liars and I have all the emails between us to provide you as well.Desired Settlement: Full refund of the $56.65 not the $40.00 .

Review: On January 14, 2016 I ordered a blazer with a sorority patch from this business. I made my payments on time with the expectation that my product would be completed by the "estimated completion" dates indicated in the invoice: 2/20-3/7/16. Today on 3/7/16 around 5:20pm...One month and 22 days later, I walked in to the business in hopes to pick up my product. There were no other costumes present at the time. I was ignored by the female owner completely. The male owner took my invoice in hand and then had me wait while he took two phone calls. Once he was done, he told me to wait for an email from them because my product still was not ready. My complaint is that 1) there were two people in the shop, so one person should be able to converse on the phone while the other confers with customers. 2) Under NO circumstances should it take almost 2 months for a pre-made blazer (ordered from the company University Apparel) and a sewn on sorority peach to be delivered. I've had custom ordered dresses from England arrive in less time for less then what I paid for this blazer. I'm extremely disappointed and vexed by the poor business etiquette displayed by Fraternal Regalia.Desired Settlement: I would like my product to be completed expeditiously If I can't get a full refund. I do not want store credit.
