You continue toclaim to have proof of your payments, but to date, you have produced no evidence!Second, your inability to obtain tabs when your they expired at the end of AugustUpon filing the“Application to Title/Register a Vehicle” on July 2017, we obtained new plates for youWeattempted to contact you several times, but you did not respondHad you picked up your newplates, you would have received a copy of the title transfer application which would have enabledyou to renew your tabs by presenting the form to any deputy registerWE have contacted theMinnesota Department of Public Safety and brought this case to their attentionYou could havealso obtained your tabs at any time if you had presented any one of the purchase documents whichshowed the vehicle information, or Ms [redacted] ***’s nameIt is my understanding, after talking tothe DMV supervisor, that your name (and only your name not Ms [redacted] ***’s name) would notcome up as an owner of the vehicle if you walked up to a deputy and attempted to purchase tabs. This was Due to the 1) State’s transition of its data management system(MNLARS), 2)conditional transfer of the vehicle title (which is when a title or a title document such as alien release is not present) and the conditions have already been cleared, and 3) the fact that youare the co-owner of the vehicle (Ms [redacted] is the primary owner and you are the co-owner).Apparently, with this system change over, co-owner’s name does not show until the final title hasbeen issuedUniversity Auto performed all appropriate steps in order to transfer this title.Third, you have claimed that you now own the vehicle free and clearThis is not correctYourdebt for the purchase of this vehicle is valid.Sincerely,Mohsen [redacted] General Manager? Revdex.com spoke to Ms *** by phone (11/2/16) to get additional clarification on issues of complaint. She indicates that when she purchased her vehicle at University Auto Sales approximately years ago, she was told she could purchase an insurance policy through the dealer for $a month, and opted to
do soSays she did not receive 'full' policy documentation, per se, but was told the policy was through Great American Insurance, and received a letter to this effect.(Revdex.com NOTE: Left voicemail for Ms *** later in day on 11/requesting that she scan and e-mail copies of relevant purchase documents to Revdex.com for inclusion in complaint fileHave not received these as yet, but will upload to complaint and send on to business once received.)When she recently applied for new insurance through a different carrier, she attempted to get her Great American Insurance policy numberShe was told both by University Auto Sales and Great American Insurance itself that they had no record of her having had such a policy; Great American Insurance stated that it had never done business with or offered policies through University Auto Sales.Ms *** says she has been paying $/ month toward what she was told was insurance coverage with Great American Insurance, but now questions what she has been paying for this entire time. She asks that University Auto Sales clarify the nature of the insurance product she was sold two years ago, and advise on any funds she may be due if the policy was not actually in force

Response received via e-mail to Revdex.com -- docs provided by business are attached; text of accompanying letter reads as follows: Mr. [redacted],I am writing this letter in response to your complaint filed with the Revdex.com ofMinnesota and North Dakota dated 02/06/2018.You purchased the 2015...

Hyundai Sonata under false pretenses. The information that you suppliesin order to secure financing were false and fraudulent. We attempted, on numerous occasions, tocontact you to amicably conclude this relationship. You never returned our calls and completelyignored our messages. We finally had to hire a repossession company to locate the car and get it.Please note copies of paid invoices for:1) Repossession of vehicle in the amount of $325;2) Detailing the vehicle in the amount of $70;3) Inspection and oil change in the amount of $126.85.You also drove our car for almost a month without our permission. At a daily rental rate of $35per day for a total of 25 days, you will owe us at least $875, not including taxes and insurance!Mr. [redacted], I did return your call and expressed my amazement at your audacity to accuse us ofwrongdoing. Again, you neither took the call nor returned it. I suggest you look into a mirror sir!Sincerely,Mohsen [redacted]General ManagerBURNSVILLE RICHFIELD MAPLEWOOD ST PAUL

Please forward all your future payments andcorrespondences to:University Auto Finance LLC[redacted]St. Paul, MN 55107.Please reduce all communication between you and University Auto Sales and University AutoFinance LLC to writing, as no oral communication will be recognized as valid from this date.Attached please find the check in the amount of one thousand thirty three dollars and 52/100($1,033.52) payable to you as reimbursement of all payments that you have made to CreditAcceptance. Please endorse this check at your earliest convenience and forward to our office.Ms. [redacted] and Mr. [redacted], your account is currently in default. Our records indicate that wehave received a total of six hundred fifty dollars ($650.00) from you ($150 by credit card on06/24/2017, and $500 by check on 07/05/2017). Therefore, you need to pay 1,791.90 to bringyour account current (5 payments of $258.38 for July 24 thru November 24 2017 plus $500.00deferred down payment due on July 14 2017).Due to the severity of the amounts in arrears, you have until December 27 2017 to bring youraccount current. If we do not receive the amounts due by 12/27/2017, we shall begin the processfor the repossession of the vehicle.BURNSVILLE RICHFIELD MAPLEWOOD ST PAULJanuary 15, 2016Mr. [redacted], I would like to also address several issues that you have raised.First, your down payment. You have claimed that you have “PAID” two thousand five hundreddollars ($2,500.00) in down payment. Your total down payment required for this transaction wasone thousand five hundred dollars ($1,500.00). Then, why would you pay $2500? You continue toclaim to have proof of your payments, but to date, you have produced no evidence!Second, your inability to obtain tabs when your they expired at the end of August. Upon filing the“Application to Title/Register a Vehicle” on July 11 2017, we obtained new plates for you. Weattempted to contact you several times, but you did not respond. Had you picked up your newplates, you would have received a copy of the title transfer application which would have enabledyou to renew your tabs by presenting the form to any deputy register. WE have contacted theMinnesota Department of Public Safety and brought this case to their attention. You could havealso obtained your tabs at any time if you had presented any one of the purchase documents whichshowed the vehicle information, or Ms. [redacted]’s name. It is my understanding, after talking tothe DMV supervisor, that your name (and only your name not Ms. [redacted]’s name) would notcome up as an owner of the vehicle if you walked up to a deputy and attempted to purchase tabs. This was Due to the 1) State’s transition of its data management system(MNLARS), 2)conditional transfer of the vehicle title (which is normal when a title or a title document such as alien release is not present) and the conditions have already been cleared, and 3) the fact that youare the co-owner of the vehicle (Ms. [redacted] is the primary owner and you are the co-owner).Apparently, with this system change over, co-owner’s name does not show until the final title hasbeen issued. University Auto performed all appropriate steps in order to transfer this title.Third, you have claimed that you now own the vehicle free and clear. This is not correct. Yourdebt for the purchase of this vehicle is valid.Sincerely,Mohsen [redacted]General Manager? Page 2
