First, let me say that never have we heard that our car wash was unsatisfactory from this customer We have a hour rewash policy, and would have gladly addressed her complaint at that timeMy husband and I (the owners) were not there at the time that [redacted] says her sunglasses went missing, but we did go back and review the tape when she was here Our son-in-law drove her car out of the vac bay He was only in her car for a moment, because it was an exterior only wash An employee loaded her car that has worked for us for over years off and on and is a close family friend, (he does work at our home for us)Once the car got up front, our long time employee drove it off the track and no one else was in the carWe find that often people just assume that things went missing at the car wash, and then they turn up later I would not be surprised if the glasses have fallen up under the seat, or were possible left at the stop prior to [redacted] coming to our wash[redacted] continues to harass my cashier over the phone about thisWe have signs posted very plainly, that valuables should not be left in the vehicles and that we are not responsible If [redacted] would like to bring her car in and let us look for the glasses, that would be fine We are not, under any circumstances, paying for her lost sunglasses.Sincerely, [redacted] ***University Car Wash

went missing, but we did go back and review the tape when she was here. Our son-in-law drove her car out of the vac bay. He was only in her car for a moment, because it was an exterior only wash. An employee loaded her car that has worked for us for over 20 years off and on and is a close family friend, (he does work at our home for us). Once the car got up front, our long time employee drove it off the track and no one else was in the car. We find that often people just assume that things went missing at the car wash, and then they turn up later. I would not be surprised if the glasses have fallen up under the seat, or were possible left at the stop prior to [redacted] coming to our wash.[redacted] continues to harass my cashier over the phone about this. We have signs posted very plainly, that valuables should not be left in the vehicles and that we are not responsible. If [redacted] would like to bring her car in and let us look for the glasses, that would be fine. We are not, under any circumstances, paying for her lost sunglasses.Sincerely,[redacted]University Car Wash
