high powered performance sports cari found one this dealership had listed on a major online market sitelooking through the dealerships site ratings, Revdex.com grade, and history I decided to put in an offer on the caraccepted the next day I immediately made call to introduce myself and confirm my intentions to complete the purchasegave details on the sales included needsspecifics mentioned would be (whether I was to pay extra for them or not) a warranty off the lot due to the nature of the type of vehicle I was buying(very fast and built for high performance driving) unless it was driven by knowledgeable drivers previous to purchasing it I could be in for alot of repair obligations requested the build sheet on the vehicle due to the car being built by a local racing team service center that was in the area of the dealershipthe dynotune report that would show me how the car performs in operation from start to maximum output and horsepoweri made these needs clear and they were agreed to be accommodated by the dealermy warranty was included in the offer price I submitted to the dealership due to the fact that I was skeptical of the condition and history of the car as they were describing and assuring me it of also because I was miles away willing to pick it up rather than they deliver it deal squared within days of seeing the listing and making an offer I was there.(only due to dealers "needing" to have me there as quickly as then) I wanted to show good and true intentions as a serious buyerthe dealership was closed but the salesman had the paperwork in hand and made arrangements to meet early that morningi asked all the questions needed and should have, got all the answers I wanteddiscussed my concerns and intentions with the car and of its warranty that was included with the car sale willing to purchase an extended plan salesman assured all my needs were met with the one I was given with the car went for a test drive, came back to sign the papersthe office and showroom was locked up being closedi was promised all my needed paperwork to arrive in the mail the following week I have text messages and documents in hand that would make it impossible for the dealership to deny my included points of sale later so I left without paperwork I would typically expect if buying out of the office buildingdrove miles back to my home state had no problems or issues other than the gas cap had a broken seal (i replaced down the road from the dealership) and the lot had put tires on the car that were in good shape but the wrong rating they were a Y rated tire instead of the recommended ZR which I did bring up before the test drive but was countered by the fact that the salesman was claiming responsibility for getting me a FREE 100k mile warranty on the car and was there on a sunday morning I agreed the trade off was good enough to finance the correct tires myself once I got the car back home which I did shell out $for correct set right after the mile trip home and not experiencing any major problems with the car TOO SOON! I received half of the paperwork I was assured to get in the mail it was almost weeks later not the same weeki had noticed an exhaust leak after its first couple nights in my garage but was planning on receiving the warranty info soon anyway so didn't do more than inform the dealership right away but when paperwork camei immediately began calling them again for the warranty paperwork, build sheet, dynotune, and also the $check I was offered to miss work and be there when I was because it was all missingall of a sudden nobody knew anything, and that "there was no warranty with the car" and "everything went out in the mail and I should have it all." I was quick to produce the evidence and fact of having certain bits of proof that was going to show them otherwise and so they corrected their statements and the scramble to produce what I was missing was on it seemedweek later my check came, week later the build sheet (manufacturers sheet not the recent service builders sheet) but they triedthen after the build sheet I got the dyno tuneon the same day my transmission went out and the car was placed in a certified service center near my hometransmission fluid has been checked and it was determined to be contaminated (likely with a fluid glue transmission fix formula) which kinda leads me and the service tech its with to think the dealer knew of the problems before salei've called for a month and the technician who has the car has called dozen times but nobody knows anything or can produce anythingwarranty company has no info on the car and I am looking at a $repair after buying $tires and i've put less than miles on it after getting it home horrible considering I have documents to claim fraud on the dealership which will be my next stepi'm frustrated and without a car to drive but due for a $700+ car payment

Liars!!! They lead you on and LIE to you!!! Have you driving an hour and a half TWICE to get there and find out everything you were told was a LIE. They say whatever they can to get you in the door.
We applied, came in person, and couldn't work out a deal. In the days after, the employee texted us offering a deal. We asked for proof, who approved us and for their contact number. His "proof" was a picture of a computer screen and he told us who approved us, but told us we couldn't have their contact info (fishy much) BUT on his picture "proof" was the approval number! So we called and were told we were approved with $0 down. The dealership told us $750 down. Maybe that's money talk with the complication of other things, and we had the down payment either way.
We asked, repeated, confirmed **multiple times** the amount per month that was *necessary* and that we *were* trading in our vehicle.
We get there and are told it's no trade in and $70+ more than our max amount per month.
We CONFIRMED our requirements MULTIPLE TIMES before making this trip.
The manager was useless to us, terrible!!! He said his salesman is "just a salesman" and his job is to relay what he's told and that he didn't "intentionally" lie to us, it's just that he didn't know.
Wait... he didn't know we wanted to do a trade in? He didn't know we had a max amount per month?
Manager says he didn't know the approval was without a trade in.
He doesn't know how to do his job, he doesn't know the ins and outs of the process. The manager said yes he does, he contacted us with a bank approval that works for us.
I said NO... He contacted us with a bank approval that WORKS FOR YOU!! OUR requirements were ignored. He lied to us and told us we were accommodated.
I should have listened to the ones who told us "all" University places are like this and stayed home!!!
Not to mention we told him at the first visit that we had a pre-approval letter and didn't want our credit ran multiple times, and what do you know 6 inquiries hit our report!!! The sad thing? The one who pre-approved us is the one who DID approve us! The 5 other hits without our permission damaged our credit report for NOTHING without our permission!!!
[redacted] is the salesman and [redacted] is his supervisor!
