Review: First, I would like to introduce myself as a former customer of Firestone. I say former because I am absolutely unhappy with the services I have received at your [redacted] location in Philadelphia, PA.

Before explaining my concerns with this location, I would like to provide my telephone number so that you can look through my service record with Firestone: ###-###-####. My car has been serviced at this location many times, and most recently on August 23rd for a brake check. Please note that I originally complained about the “new” brakes not working properly on several occasions to this location, and had all my brakes and rotors completely changed, all supposedly new, by your Service Tech on April 25, 2014. This is when all my problems started with this location and my [redacted].

Since having this brake service done at this location, I have had to bring my [redacted] to your location several times for either a brake check or a replacement pad, although the original ones I was given were supposed to be new and working properly. If you review my service record, which I have copies of, it will show you the detailed history of this matter and the many times I have complained about this issue.

Today, Tuesday, September 23, 2014, I was advised to bring the car in for the brakes to be replaced. However, when the car arrives the brakes still need to be ordered by this location. However, I called them yesterday and several other times before today to schedule this time for the brakes to be fixed and was told to bring the car in today. Why tell me, a professional person who works and travels, to come in if you were not ready to repair the mistake you never addressed when I originally came in? This is really unprofessional and a waste of my time, keeping in mind that time does cost money. Firestone will not receive any more money from me – and I plan to dispute the charge with the Firestone card.

As a follow-up to my concerns, I have filed a Revdex.com complaint and will work with them to get a resolution to this matter as I want this documented for other customers and potential customers to see. Furthermore, I have been in contact with the Consumer Affairs division at [redacted]-29 and will be seeking their assistance to publicly expose this matter as a problem for hard working customers.
