My year old son was denied water from his football coach which forced him to quitHe was in tears saying that he wanted to leaveLater when I talked to him a about it he told me that the he asked for water and the coach told him no this is after they had been practicing for about an hour and a halfThat was not the only issue the coaches would be late to practice dailyFor instance, that same day the boys had practice at 10am the coaches did not show up until 10:20am and practice did not start until 11amI asked about a refund they said they would check on it the coaches wife checked promptly and told me that I would not be able to get a refundWhen I asked to speak with the person that oversees the organization she said that she was unavailable to talk and that the coaches would have to work out the team issuesSo I called the Centennial Commons and they were able to give the name of the lady who was in charge of footballAfter speaking with her I asked for the person over h

Mr*** expressed his son was not cut of for football, only after we explained he did not qualify for a refund due to our policy, he then reported his son did not receive any water

Association.  Mr. [redacted] Knew about the refund Policy when he sign up.   When  he 1st called us after weight is he said that he did not think  his son was ready for football.  Once he found out that he could not get his money back that is when he said that his son was denied water.  If that was the case why would you not say anything to that coach that day.  The Coaches said that he son wont to stop playing after they put the equipment on him .   No kid was ever Denied Water the Head coach of this team is the Vice President of the program His name is [redacted] .   We feel Mr. [redacted] was just mad that he was not able to get his money back.   We are here to help kids not to hurt them and for Mr. [redacted] to report us is Hurting us for something that did not happen.   We went to weight on 8/18/17  Mr. [redacted] son quit after that and as you see on the paper work that all of the parents sign it say no REFUND AFTER WEIGHT IN.  If you have any question feel free to call the Coach [redacted] at [redacted] or Myself at [redacted].  [redacted] is the team that Mr. [redacted] was on and he Can speak to you as well on what happen that day.   Thanks so much for your help.
