University Club Apartments

The office has seemed completely inept at listening to/responding to resident maintenance requestsThey failed to adequately clean my unit before move in, i.ethere was the former resident's hair in the shower, a bright yellow urine ring in the toilet, and the sink and mirror were covered in soap scumIt took them over a month to repair the holes (total) in the common area, and repaint, it honestly looked like a crack denFinally, our AC hasn't functioned properly in daysIt broke on Friday, they poured freon in yesterday, but failed to patch the leak, and it worked for about hoursIt has been degrees in this apartment since Friday, and they will not come fix it until Wednesday at the earliestMaintenance does not care about resident requests, and have proven extremely inept at fulfilling their obligations described in the lease agreement

I moved here July I told the agent I was disabled back issues they assured me no problems I asked about the noise and safety I've had guy's following me ,they have dog poop every where they have bad breed dogs with no leash walking around the dogs bark day and night the walls are very thin you hear your niebors talking next door I've witnessed people jump the fence in the back I've witnessed drug actions it's not kid friendly they don't they have gate codes that rarely work they are only friendly until you start to have problems .they have changed names over times it's not worth the rent it's like living in the projects.they entered my apartment several times when I leave without my permission or notice .they have niebors to spy on you if you have complaints.I felt bullied every time I went to the office and they dismissed my disability not allowing me reasonably accommodating to the lease even tho we pay before the rent is due they allow the people that work the property to exceptions to the rules in my opinion
