AMS return Numerous of time to Mr [redacted] home and issues pointed out was not part of the binding contractAM Services has gone above and beyond in assisting out Mr [redacted] with issues that where not part of contract agreement he was asked if there is anything needed to be done at the time!" His response was I am very happy and nothing else is needed to be done" Keep in mind this is after the walk through of final completed work! AM Services will schedule Mr [redacted] into the schedule for pick up of any trash that belongs to AM Services if any? This will be the last visit to Mr [redacted] homeAs a small business owner, AM Services goes above and beyond to make sure the customer is happy and work is satisfactory to home owner! It is with my regrets to hear that Mr [redacted] is not happy customer Sincerely, [redacted]

We installed new roof at town home but did not do the flashing around chimney or the fabrication of new chimney cap, since this was extra cost to do and not part of the contract! Furthermore I met with homeowner and explained to her that the leak was from the rusted chimney cap and chase, which she had fabricated and replaced by other! The contractor she hired to replaced the chimney cap/chase, also installed flashing at chimney base, when doing this flashing at chimney base, the contractor removed shingle installed by AM Services to do the flashing at the lower base of chimney Since the new shingle roof was tempered by other it voids the warranty by AM Services! Out of courtesy and the appreciation of the board members AM Services will make the diligently effort to look at the leak and determine cost of repair AM Services will be in contact with homeowner next week to schedule the inspection!
