Do not waist your time for this awful dealership! Offered me great lease program-I spent 1 hour to drive-really they did not have any leasing! Route service! Not kind sales! I have got several offers for 2 particularly cars! Numbers suits me - lady from this dealership called me 20 times - confirm prices and made appointment. I spent 1 hour drive to this place! Never meet the lady talked to me by phone! Route sales manager said that he will take care - he was surprised when I asked about offers gotten from them! Did not offer any other lease! I have to leave with nothing! Totally waist my time and deeply disappointing with University Mitsubishi dealers! DO NOT WAIST your time and nerves!

This is truly the absolute worst place to take your business. I drove an hour and a half away from where I live to buy a car and was told multiple times "we do not sell junk cars" and "all of our cars are inspected before they get put out for sale". I explained to them multiple times I needed something low maintenance to get me through college.
As soon as I got home from buying the car I noticed the break lights would not go off, even if the car was turned off. So I arranged to have that issue fixed (closer to where I lived). Three days after that the car will not stay on, as soon as the tachometer fell below 2 the car would shut off. So I take it back into the shop closest to where I live, they tell me something is really wrong with the engine.
I called down to University Mitsubishi and explain to them the issue. I'm immediately met with a defensive sales manager "i don't understand why you wouldn't just bring it back here", and I explained that I lived an hour and a half away and the car won't stay on and she says "i don't see how that's our problem". So I ask to speak to someone higher up, and at first it seemed as if I was actually going to be helped by someone.
I am told to tow the car back down to University Mitsubishi and they would inspect the vehicle. I explain, again, that I live an hour and a half away and asked for help with the towing cost. I was told "I'll call you tomorrow(8/5) at noon".
8/5 at 2:30pm still without a call, I call to see what's going on. And I am told I would have to pay to have it towed along with any other costs of them repairing the car.
I reiterated that I was told "we don't sell junk cars" and I was told "well you sold us a junk car".
I was told at the time of trade in my car, 2014 Volkswagen Jetta, would go to auction due to its major frame damage, and low and behold the car is listed on their site for resale.
This company *** and steals and makes the customer feel like absolute garbage. I would recommend that if you are looking for a vehicle, please for the sanity of yourself, go anywhere else.

This place is horrible and full of crooks, scams, and fraud. I can't believe the stars they have on google because yelp shows the real truth. My dad went alone (he only knows Spanish) to buy a car. The sales associate *** seemed to be a decent person. However the finance department was horrible customer service. The Finance assistant *** promised my dad that gap was in the contract with the price, they also added 4 different types of extended warranties when my dad specifically said he did not want them. One of which specifically states that if he did not receive two car keys it would not be valid. Yet he then told him that he could call the warranty and state he received two keys but lost one (which is fraud by the way). They ended up charging $4000 dollars extra on a $13000 car. I called the manager that same day when my dad got home. Manager Adan said he did not know anything since it was the finance department. Today (my dad bought the car yesterday) I missed work, my dad missed work and we went to go and fix this. When I start talking to *** he starts saying I was accusing them like if he had done something wrong. We get into his office (where they are recording without even telling you) and I tell him that I'm going to record our interaction. The finance assistant gets mad that I'm going to record and tells me he doesn't give me permission where I then tell him, "it's either you give me a copy of that video tape or I record" where he then agreed to let me record. I told him he was a scammer and that all these things added were not explained properly to my dad yet just told by word. He got offended once again and asked me to prove he committed fraud. I told him about the warranty with the key. I then told him about him stating on video that he had added gap, yet it was not on the . *** began telling me I was lying that it was on the contract. I then gave him the contract and said find it then. He did not find it, he then continued to say it was not a scar but a mistake. A mistake!!! When you say you have more than 20 years in this business and you leave a crucial part out along with all the different warranties that my dad specifically implied he did not want. *** took advantage of my dad for not knowing English. I kept a copy of the two different contracts, I have his receding, and I will be seeking legal action and adding Revdex.com into all of this. If you see all the reviews on yelp, you will see a lot of the fraud committed here. I managed to take off 4100 off my dads contract and add gap (for the same price). *** also kept behaving like a kid. He would be speaking Spanish and then speak to me in English where it got to a point where I told him to shut up, and that if he was going to speak to me he would do it in Spanish so my dad could understand. He then went on to stating I was changing it into English when I only responded to what he said. This man should be fired and sued along with this business. Please DO NOT LET THESE PEOPLE SCAM YOU. I also read on yelp that they give Clean Carfax reports yet end up having structural damage etc (on more than one yelp review).
