I am immediately responding as of receipt of this complaint
I have been in contact with *** with *** and he expresses that he has
worked with *** to resolve the issue he is having with his transmission*** continues to have problems after driving his vehicle and *** and I both agree that is derived from a rearend problem and will continue to make the transmission faultyWe have both worked with *** and can try to further assist him by referring him to shop perhaps specializing in rearends and transmission to see if they can further detect or convince him of the problemI have ask *** for documentation on his finding and he agreed to provide me a copyI have been working with Wiedco for several years, and refer the majority of transmission work that I have to himI feel that he stands by his service and if it is a problem with the work he performed, then he will do whatever he can*** was aware that I would not be doing the work at my shop and did not express a problem with a specialized transmission facility doing the work

I took it to a professional rearend shop and they said it has nothing to do with the transmission going outhe told me after he had taken my truck up widco transmission shop the day I called him to see if he has gotten to it yet to take it out from Rafael shopI still haven't received any paperwork from widco working on it I want to know if my truck has new or used parts on itI paid to get my transmission fixed not half *** doneI feel I am getting the run around they don't really want to work it but it paid for to be worked on and with a warrantyI feel like they should extend my warranty since I had to take my truck back times in a month and I have months left on it

once again I feel they trying to hide some thing when they cant even give the paper work on what they did to my truck
